1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • In case of any delays due to high demand, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed via email or WhatsApp.


2. Shipping Duration

We deliver all across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Standard Shipping Charges: ₹49 – ₹99 for orders below ₹999 (exact charges displayed at checkout).

  • COD (Cash on Delivery): May include an extra fee, depending on your location (subject to availability).


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • An email and/or WhatsApp update with the tracking number

  • A link to track your order in real-time via the courier partner

If you do not receive a tracking link within 48 hours of placing your order, feel free to contact us.


5. Packaging

All products are securely packed in tamper-proof, eco-conscious packaging to ensure safe delivery. Fragile spiritual items are bubble-wrapped for extra care.


6. Delays and Exceptions

Your order might get delayed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Unreachable contact number

  • National holidays, strikes, or courier issues

  • Remote delivery zones or natural calamities

In such cases, we will update you regularly and assist in resolving the issue.


7. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

  • We will contact you for re-shipping.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Orders returned to us without successful delivery are eligible for refund only after deduction of shipping and handling charges.


8. Damaged Products on Arrival

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if damage is clearly visible.

  2. If already received, send photos and unboxing video (if available) to our team within 24 hours at sales@harmoniousanalytics.com.

We will evaluate the case and offer a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
