At Harmonious Analytics, your satisfaction and trust are very important to us. We strive to ensure that each product reaches you in perfect condition and matches the energy and purpose it was designed for. However, due to the spiritual and personalized nature of many of our products, returns and refunds are available only under specific conditions.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received an incorrect product (different from what you ordered)

  • The item delivered is incomplete or missing components

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 2 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase

  • You must share clear photos and an unboxing video (if available) showing the issue


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, energy transfer, and spiritual customization, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized Vastu or astrology products

  • Horoscope-based or kundli-specific items

  • Used products or products without original packaging

  • Products requested for return after 2 days of delivery

  • Items purchased under clearance or sale offers


3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved, your refund will be initiated via the original payment method. The process is as follows:

  1. Return verification (via photos or courier pickup)

  2. Refund initiation within 5–7 working days

  3. Refund amount will reflect in your bank/UPI account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank

Note: Shipping charges and COD handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

  • For prepaid orders canceled within the time frame, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • For COD orders, cancellation must be informed immediately via phone or WhatsApp.


5. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged item or something is missing from your package:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product

  • Share images, order ID, and a brief description of the issue

  • After verification, we will offer a free replacement or full/partial refund, depending on the situation


6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, email us or contact our customer support with the following:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photos and/or video

  • Your contact number

7. Return Address

Products (if required to be shipped back) must be sent to the following return address after confirmation from our team:

(Do not ship returns without prior approval – unauthorized returns will not be accepted.)
